Here's how it works:

Please email
info@toptiertransactionteam.com or text (470)383-9483 a complete list of properties you wish to show. The communication must include the buyer's name, buyer's phone number, desired showing date, and time range. Please note, a 2-3 hour notice is required, no exceptions.

Properties must be listed in GAMLS or FMLS. We will complete scheduling through Showingtime. Once showing confirmations are received, we will send a text message including the Buyer, Realtor, and Showing Agent.

Payments are due to Showing Agents directly via zelle within 24 hours of completed showings.

Please note, showing agents are currently available in the following counties: Fulton, Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Henry, Douglas, Rockdale, Clayton, Fayette, Pauding, and Coweta. Counties outside of these areas are subject to additional charges.

Once the showing has concluded, we will provide the Buyer's insight for each property via text message.
